Alright so I'm sure everyone gets these emails every now and then.

Dear final kaoss,

Your account on vBulletin.org Forum has been locked because someone has tried to log into the account with the wrong password more than 5 times. You will be able to attempt to log in again in another 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 115.127.13.10

Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Use the link below:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/login.php?do=lostpw

Here's what I suggest, instead of being locked out from trying the password for 15 minutes, instead say this.

Your account on vBulletin.org Forum has been locked because someone has tried to log into the account with the wrong password more than 5 times. Please enter the email address associated with the account and click the verification link to have your ip whitelisted. After this, you will be able to attempt to log in again in another 15 minutes.

If they fail to enter the right email address several times... they get their ip blacklisted from trying to login to that account again.
