Clicking Register results in misaligned fields

why is it looking like this after I upgraded from vB3?

I just reverted the CSS template to its default to restore back the alignment of the page to its default, but now when I try to register, I get this:

ok now it's back again but showing the same misaligned fields as above

I contacted support, they told me to remove the vMail plugin I had from vB3

now when I tried to remove it, it said:

Remove Table : nlp_vmail

how do I remove the table?
