VBulletin Accent Problem

Hello, i have two joomla installed and all works fine, now i try to install clean vBulletin 4.2.2 Forum on the same server but i have some problem, all accent words is missing (à è ò ù etc..) in all forum and for example if i'm write this character on thread, discussion or settings when i'm save the character disappear (like i never write it)

*** UPDATE ***

Solved

1) Open the xml file language with EditPlus3
2) Change <charset><![CDATA[ISO-8859-1]]></charset> with: <charset><![CDATA[UTF-8]]></charset>
3) Save file as, and select UTF-8, save the file
4) Import the language in vBulletin
5) Done, works.
