PM System and Settings Issue

Thanks to everyone that takes the time to read.

I have never really had to post anything here as I can always find my answers. However I have run into an issue that I simply can't find where to correct it nor how it happened. Be it mod, template edit (I don't think so but you never know), etc.

All of my themes have a screwed up layout (very tall, spacing issue) on the pm system and settings. Due to the spacing this is the best screenshot I could get. If anyone can point me in the right direction or even take a look that would be great.

Themes:

Life Element (CompleteVB)
Life Earth (CompleteVB)
Urban (Can't remember where I purchased this one)
Default vBull theme still works correctly.

Nevermind. I found it in additional css template .blockrow class. Not sure how it got changed but it is what it is and now fixed.
