Need some help please. I received an email from tapatalk today aboout updating tapatalk on our forum. I uploaded correctly and when i went to install the xml file via admin/product plugin the following error occured:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/xxxxx/xxxxx/public_html/forum/admincp/plugin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

I do not know what this means nor how to fix this and tapatalk is not working on our forum.

Does the file admincp/plugin.php exist on your server? If not then you may be able to fix the problem by uploading it again.

Bear with me, it is yes. I went into forum/admincp and saw plugin.php

I did turn off all plugins and the error is still there:

Anything else I can try ?.
