Replacing login for vbulletin 4

Hi does any one have example how to replease the login of vbulleting with login from external source.

What i want you can see in the flowchart i attached

I have the php code to commicate with the xml server to get the respons from the server.

I need to know how to build that in vbulletin

can any one help ?
