how do i change the paid subscriptions page?

hi how can i edit the paid subscriptions page(the 1 in the pic below) ?i`d like to have a image under the available subscriptions bit and maybe a image in the background but the image under the available subscriptions part is what i want to do first i`m guessing its a template that just needs editing but which 1 and where would i put the image code in the template
