SOLVED: Issue when not logged in to new forum

Just getting www.2ndindustrialrevolution.com up and running. When I'm logged in as Admin, no problems. When I logout so I can login as a different user, the board indicates that it isn't finished loading (look in the lower left hand corner - it says "waiting for..." and the site seems to try and load but never does. Also, if I click on the Login or Register in the upper right hand corner, it opens another instance of the website.

I haven't done any programming to customize the board.
