Ajax Check

Hi,

I am looking for the function that checks for new private messages. I want to use ajax to auto check for new PM's. Can anyone help me find the variable or function that checks for new messages?

I haven't tried it, but there's a mod that seems to do that here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=267180 . If you don't want to install that mod you can still look to see how it works.

It seems that the mod you posted only works when the page is refreshed. I want something that will check every 60 seconds or so for new PM's without having to refresh the page.

Oops, sorry. I had searched for "ajax notifications" but I guess I didn't read that one closely enough.
