add banner under forum title & right top w/ random banner

I installed this random banner that is awesome.

1 problem.

my theme came stock with a banner ad placement on home page top right. I deleted it.

How do I add the code to show the random banners to the top right under username?

also under actual thread title like under a sponsor forum name
