BB code (specific)

So I set up a [blizz] [-blizz] bb code which basically has a little background and text coloring, I wanted to make this for my admins only I wanted to make it automatic so all their posts include a [blizz][-blizz] I've seen some forums do this so what kind of code am I looking for?

Oh dear my bad I totally forgot I asked on the other thread, well anyways I just looked at it and attempted it, but didn't seem to work I don't think I'm adding the code in the correct place where should I put it?

You should create a plugin using the hook i suggested - if i get a moment later i'll see what i can manage for you

Oh btw how can I make it so that for example when I post, the color auto is like this:
