vBulletin CMS: Programming a PHP Widget

Hello,
sorry my english is bad because im german.
I want to make a short widget for my vBulletin CMS.
But if i use the include funktion of php the cms site doesnt show something. The cms site stays white.
Here is my Code:
(Im a php beginner)
