Killed register page... how do i fix it?

That's a problem with a plugin using hook register_start. Try disabling products or plugins one at a time to see which one it is (if you have any that have to do with registration and or subscriptions, you might start with those).

upload the files in the ftp again and run the upgrade script should reinstall the table for you remember to delete the install.php and the config.php.new files
