hello everyone, i wanna create a page like this for put it on the navbar but i have no idea how to do this.
my idea is put a link on the navbar like this ' Mision & Vision ' on that style. i apologize if u dont understeand me but my english is a little bad xDD |

As I good understand you want your own custom vBulletin powered page and then you want to put a link in a navbar... am I right?
