hello everyone, i wanna create a page like this for put it on the navbar but i have no idea how to do this.

my idea is put a link on the navbar like this ' Mision & Vision ' on that style.

i apologize if u dont understeand me but my english is a little bad xDD

That's a picture of the FAQ page, are you saying you don't want to use the FAQ?

no, i not say that, i wanna do a page just like that but the content that i want, like a history of the web.. now u understeand what i want?

As I good understand you want your own custom vBulletin powered page and then you want to put a link in a navbar... am I right?
So, here is how to make a page -> https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=228112
Then just edit your Navbar template and put the link to your page there.
