IE & Chrome & Opera Display Problem

Hi,everybody..
In my template i surf different displays on different explorers.
The correct display only on opera browser
Chrome also ie exlporer dont show full menu
Please help !!

if that slideshow is flash, you need to insert in the flash code, wmode="transparent". Usually when there is flash slideshow, your menu will go behind it.
