With a specific calendar which has custom permissions set so that Registered Users can not view others' events. Would it be possible, with another custom page (like when viewing anothers blog, however this page would be a combination of different separate calendar entries), lets call it a journal; to make public or even only viewable by members of a specific social group, the contents of the that day's personal events.
Joe' Blow's Journal January 22, 2012 Journal entry from Journal calendar would go here Planned Meals/Workouts <from planning calendar Breakfast - Cardboard and wheatgrass Snack - cottage cream and parsley Lunch - chicken Snack - fruit Dinner - etcetera Dessert - so forth Vitamins and Supplements - None Workout - climb the empire state building Logged Meals/Workouts < from logging calendar Breakfast - Jack in the Box breakfast burrito Snack - 1 bag of Dorritos I want to know if it's possible to pull this information from the calendar and display it with a couple public / restricted options as stated above. If the permission is not able to be securely worked around, would it be possible to add another type of permission that would allow for this? I'm using 4.1.10 |
