How to display custom field on profile? (not on About page)

Hi, I've added a few custom fields and I'm wondering what kind of code I have to use in order to display it on the default profile page.

I'm not talking about the 'About Me' page by the way, I've customized the profile sidebar and I would like these fields to be displayed there.

Specifically:

I've made a custom field called 'XBL' that members can use to fill in their Xbox LIVE ID. My question is: how can this be displayed on their profile sidebars?

I know I have to edit the memberinfo template, but I'm just not sure what code should be added to it.
