'Like a user'

Hi,

Im wanting to pretty much take out reputation from my forum and instead use a like system, although not a common one (or one i know off). Instead of users liking posts etc, they can like 3 people, it can be the same person 3 times or 3 completely different people. They have 3 likes per day.

Is there any modifications alike to this?
