OK, I know many people asked this but I couldn't find a solution for it anywhere on this board.

So I'm coding it myself.

So, how do I know where everyone is on the board and how do I show it on the "Who's Online" page?

Will I need a special table on the DB to hold the current position on the board for each logged in member or guest?

It's not a hack it's a standard feature as from vBulletin 2.0.3

I didn't know that either. Was looking after a hack like mad while I had it all the time. Duh, silly me.

I am using 2.o and I dont want to upgrade

I tried to drop in the online.php in my forums directory to see if it worked, but it didn't ebcause I am guessing that I dont have the templates from it.

Will it work in 2.0 if I can get the templeates I need?

Anyone got the templates?

No it won't - it requires database modifications as well (and these may break other parts of the script unless you upload the new files).

I'm afraid the only way to get Who's Online is to hack it in, or upgrade to 2.0.3 (strongly recommended, as it fixes a security issue as well).

I dont see this option in my VB. I have 2.0.3. Its not on my board either. Can someone please say where in admin it is.

If you're running 2.0.3 just click on Currenty Active Users on the main forum page. It's a link.
