Skin request

hey guys, I'd like to request a custom skin for my site please, what I want is a all black background for the index page and the usercp and I want the text to be red on both the index page and user cp along with white borders on both the index page and usercp as well the navbar I want red if possible and the the category bar or whatever it's called I want red also and I want the category Icons to be made from this image if possible.



here's an example of a custom made catagory icon.



if someone could do this for me that would be awesome.^ ^ thank you for your time!^ ^

I'd like a all black background with a black forground but can still use the logo I have meaning no custom logo with this skin, if you still need more info lemme know what info you need and I'll post it.^ ^
