Removing the Forum NavTab

I know your all thinking there is loads of posts on this and that is true.

However my problem is unique.

I have managed to remove the Forum Navtab from my forums, And I have made my own custom forum tab that drops down.

However when I go too any other page other than the forums (BLogs, CMS, VBGALLERY) it has the forum navtab ?

It doubles up because on the other pages (blogs, CMS, VBGallery) it has two Forum tabs, the one I want to remove, and my custom one.

Cheers if anyone has a solution, or can tell me where to remove the Forum Navtab so its gone for good on all pages.
