How to put this ranks in 4x

i am using vbulletin 4.2.3

but i saw different type ranks on one forum website

check this image and can any one tell me how to put this ranks





can anyone move this thread to vbulletin 4x section I opened 4x section I don't know how I post here

I've moved this to the vB4 area.

I'm not sure what we are supposed to be looking at in the image. The Moderator one just looks like a user title and the two on the right look like User Ranks. I have no idea what the other is - a flag? If it's a flag, I think that is just a modification.

i think this is rank system .. no moderator is also user rank
