When i go to make a new forum > Admincp> add forums > add new forum . I face this warning...

You have a plugin that's no working as expected.

Check your plugins for any using the hook forumadmin_edit_form, and disable whatever Product that plugin is a part of, and you should be fine.

If it's a Product you need to use, then find the maker of the Product and ask them for help.
