How to remove this hack?

I believe this is from https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=231666. But the author is no longer supporting the mod. I uninstalled this mod quite a while ago...but I'm still getting sql errors:

I have access to phpmyadmin...but I don't see how to remove the leftovers in the db for this hack to resolve the above error that occurs on occasion.

Delete the files off the server from the mod also

You didn't uninstall it completely. Read the install instructions and do everything backwards.

It isn't necessarily a plugin that is causing the issue. Did you go through the instructions backwards?
