How to edit the disabled registration message?

I'm soooo tired about spammers that I've disabled the automated registration feature on my site. It's an small site with a few registrations the week, and I've posted a message asking the viewer to register by sending an email to a contact adress with the nick, a temp pass and an email adress.

What I'd like to do is to edit the "sorry, automated registrations has been disabled by the administrator", by another telling the viewer what to do". How can I do this?

It's a phrase. Do a Search in Phrases for it and then edit it.
