Hello,
My forum is affiliating with one of our member on an outside project via their Youtube channel. What I would like to do is set up a forum sub-section within one of our existing forums for the member to use. My question is what would be the best way to accommodate restricted/controlled permissions? Ideally the following guidelines would be optimal for settings/permissions, 1. affiliate member to have Mod control over new forum sub-section 2. Admin and Mods to retain permissions, controls over new forum sub-section 3. Members, Elite members and Vendors only allowed to respond to threads created by the affiliate member Basically I would like to have the affiliate member have Mod control over the new forum sub-section only. At the same time, prevent the rest of the membership from treating it as a typical open forum section. Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, MLF |
