I think that field is something added by the "vB Timeslip Database" mod. It seems like maybe it's partially installed (or partially uninstalled), or maybe you restored the database or something?
Uninstalling does not just mean disabling/removing the plugin/product. It means also removing all the files you uploaded for it and any fields you may have added to the database or template edits also. Basically, go through the install instructions backwards.
