After update to vb4 had accent problems.

Hello.

After upgrading my forum to vb4, accents from older posts turned into code.

For example, "á" turned into "&#225". Not only that, but some common symbols changed too, like "%" to "&#37" (ascii codes)

But it only happened to older posts. Posts from six months to the date of the install did not have the same problem.

Do you have any suggestions so I can fix this? I would really appreciate your help my friends.

(I don't know if this is relevant, but my charset is ISO-8859-1)
