I want to require all users in my forum to accept our updated policy in order to have posting privileges. If they decline, to lose posting privileges. Is there a way I can do this? It would be similar to requiring users to check an ACCEPT or REJECT checkbox when installing software. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Closest I can think of would be VSa - Advanced Forum Rules which allows you to force users to accept rules, new or otherwise.

BTW I've been using that alias for ages elsewhere.
