Hide answered threads from members

Hi,

I am using vBulletin as a QA platform. Is there any way to hide certain threads (say, which have 10 replies already) from members so that those threads get more attention which still don't have many replies.

I checked in Forumdisplay template to get some direction and realized that it has something to do with $forumbits. Any idea?
