remove the register and login in top right

if i want to totally remove the register and login section in top right
what should i do?
or there is no way to do that

lol and then you still have the navbar stuff which shows forum and stuff they will never be able to log into

because i want my site totally open
users are free to download, read, write(only need to fill the human verification blank)
so if there's register/login box, it semms weird

that site is for a conference
so i would like to let users post their question on forum without registering but fill the human verification blank,
if the situation is worse, then i would close the forum, only publish the cms
