new user removal

Hey, I want to remove new users and don't see an option for it in the cp, a hack or a post about this... clearly I am blind, can someone point me in the right direction.

The problem is that I have a forum that is semi-inactive at the moment and when I upgraded to the latest vb4 my human verification got switched off. So now I need to remove about 3500 users, all of them from January 2011.... the mass prune in the cp only removes users older than, not before a date.

Any ideas?
