publishing members of a usergroup

I have a usergroup "Inactive" where members are put into it when they do not logged for a certain period of time; is it possible to publish a list of the members to a thread in a forum on a monthly basis ?

eg

Title: Current list of Inactive members

Username ....................................... Date of last visit

total number of inactive members : xx
