when I sign in now I get a message that I am unlicensed, but I have a license. Bought my copy a while ago. Have been on the forums for years. I don't understand.
When I try to use the links to prove I have a registered copy it tells me my email addy does not exist. Quote:
So I don't have the confirmation. So confused as to where to go from here. Help please. |

Go log in here - https://members.vbulletin.com/member...t_priority.php and see what is listed as the Owner's email (or any other email listed for priority support) and use that email.

when I go to that link I can't login. Would that be something I can get from my vbulletin CP, is it the webmaster listed email that it wants? My webmaster is no longer around. So should I change the webmaster email in my CP?

Are you the license owner? That person would have the Customer ID and information to login to the members area.

I am, I bought it and paid for it, I have been active here for ages. As I said in my first post, I can't find my email that I got when I paid for it. And I can't understand why I can't retrieve the information using my current email address. Since I did pay for it. Now the license is a few years old, but that should not matter.
Since I can't find my email is there no other way to prove I am the owner? |

You should put in a ticket to get the information, however, they are going to need something from you to actually find the customerid. The email you are currently using is obviously not associated with the license, so you will need to give them some other information in order to look you up.

Perhaps get your License number from the top of your vbulletin files. They should be able to look you up from that. |
