Display Visitor's IP Location

Even though a similiar thread about it was already written, I got another idea on top of that thread.

What I am looking for:

Display the last known user's IP Location in the postbit underneath $post[postcount].

For example, say the last logged IP was 91.122.16.13 (which happens to be a Russian IP), a Russian flag will be displayed underneath $post[postcount] with the words: "User's Country: FLAG.GIF"

Another example:

Mats who comes from Sweden sees one of his posts, and sees a sweden flag underneath his postcount. Afterwards, he sees Jack, an American, who has a USA flag underneath his postcount.
However, Mats decides to take some vacations in Turkey, and happens to bump into a turkish Cybercafe. He logs on the forum, and instantly, the flag shown underneath his postcount is now a Turkish flag.
