How to detect the TOR IP Daily added ?

hello there,

i have a forum where bad users come using tor different ips i want to block them all , i tried to add ips in the ban list but still they manage to come because tor ip daily update with few new ips added so is there any way to find out how many ips daily added in the tor ? is there any website if so please share here .
