Is there any way to make a blog on my forum? I do not have the extended version of VB so it isn't built in. Is there any plugin or something? I want every user to have his own blog in his profile. How to do that?

You can always upgrade to vBulletin Suite which includes this & yes, there are some free mods which will do this also. But I have found the suite to have a better integration
