how to enable Tags H1 to H6 in threads?? vb 4.0.3

hello guys,
i'm very concerned with SEO n i'm looking for a way to use headline tags h1 to h6 it's very helpful in seo
i enabled html tags in my forum to test if i can use such tags but still i can't use them
is there any way to enable using such tags in vbulletin

the problem is that,
when i use them the editor dosn't allow those tags to take effect it changes them to [b] i mean when i use them like that
the editor changes them to that

[b]The main heading[/b]

 [b]A subheading[/b]

 ra ra ra ra ra
 [b]Another subheading[/b]

in some php editor like vbulletin editor they allow to add custom attributes like the
tinymce it can be extended by editing its configration file
it has something called extended_valid_elements
to enable more tags as i need
