Repuatation Description?

Anyone got any idea on how to make the description that goes with the repuation level appear in the post bit?

At the moment mine just says

*Green Box* (If highlighted it says the level your on) - I want it to just display Rank: *the level your on*

Also says

Rep Power: 1

How can i remove the green box and replace with the level text?

Also while im here,

How the hell do you remove the default shadow around all the forums and boxes.

On the left and bottom side of the forum is some shit gray glow.

Ive deleted all the shadow colours in the stylevars but its still there :S

There are rep mods that replace the green boxes with other things. Try a search for them.

As for the shadows, remove them all with this:

* { -moz-box-shadow: none !important; }
* { -webkit-box-shadow: none !important; }

Any idea what mod there is?

Ive looked at extended Reputation and ER Display but those only make it so you can limit points and adds stars that you gain.

All i want is it to display the description of the rep level you have so i can make it say

Rank: Drone G1

As the system works :

Drone G1 10-20
Drone G2 20-30
Drone G3 30-40

etc

Sorry, I don't use the rep system at all, so I don't know the names of the mods.
