Urgent Theme Update Request Blue Default

I recently installed the Blue Default theme created by vibedream. The theme is great, but is a little out of date for our latest 3.8.6 version. Unfortunately, vibedream has not logged in since December of 2009, so I think that contacting him is out of the question.

I'm looking for someone to fix the theme to be able to work with the latest version. Most of the image files are .gifs, and I'm not coder so I don't understand a thing when it comes down to the technical aspect of things. The theme was already designed for the 3.8.x series, but lacks the forum category headers, background images, and logo update. None of these images are displayed, instead a white box appears. Maybe the image links are broken?
