include External links to other sites

Hi

in my old forum, a phpbb i create a linkbox for external links and i had different links from the forumsites. I would do this also in vbulletin and hope anybody can help me what i can do to do this in the vbulletin 4.0 suite.

in the phpbb i had different links on the index and in the forums an on the most threats. There i insert a table in the sql and build a sql question in the php files. but how can i do this in the suite?
