how to decrease space between header and before breadcrumb

i need to decrease the space between header and breadcrumb.if i decrease Header Padding bottom, it affects in space between header and breadcrumb both

done that by commenting /*margin: {vb:stylevar header_padding};*/ line in vbulletin-chrome.css template
