Help.

Just changed from mybb to VB. The merge went pretty well i guess.
Now i moved the forum from the folder i had it located to the root of the domain.
Now i cant access acp and most people cant login.
It appears spam tools can though as my forum is getting spammed like crazy and there is not a thing i can do about it.
I really need to access ACP or atleast shutdown the place.
When i try login it just throws me back to login again.
I have tried cookie settings at nothing, / and /public_html in the config file.
As i said i am after any help i can get. My forums is getting spammed for the first time.
Must be a VB vulnerability or something?
