Is there anyway to make a user click through a FORUM to gain acess to several SUBFORUMS, and lot let them gain acess to the subforums any other way, even if they know the direct url?

No, not from within vBulletin.

Maybe you can do something with a .htaccess file.

I'd imagine you'd need to use cookies to somehow confirm the user recently visited the prior pages but I wouldn't know how to implement this.
