Subnav location change

I'd like to move my subnav to a completely different location. The style I'm working with is different than the standard vBulletin layout. So the navbar is different, and as such the subnav is displayed differently.

So really what I'd like to do is take whatever the subnav "container"/variable is, and move it somewhere else, so that all of the links from vB and the various mods, populate it there.

Any ideas how I would go about doing this?

Ok, so I realized the way it's design... it won't work this way.

So, can someone please show me the code to output the navbar and subnav?

I just want the menu to display, I don't need login stuff, etc. Just the navbar and subnav under it. I'm working on it, but... just can't get it right it seems.

Ok, I've hacked things enough that I've just about got what I needed working. Nevermind.
