My site has 1 vulnerability, how is it possible to patch this up? the link that is vulnerable is www,MYSITE,com/index?id=1 for some reason that shows up as vulnerable, does anyone know what causes this? or does anyone know how to patch it? thanks.

Do you have a hack installed on the site that might do that? That is what it looks like to me. you may need to disable the hacks one by one to figure out which one maybe causing the issue.
