Admin CP - Error

Hi! I'm italian! Sorry for my bad english.
When I enter the admin cp, left where there are all the menus to administer I get this error:

I tried to restore the file, but the error persists! And 'I do not know as "free ", there is a method, or should I prepare for a reinstallation of vBulletin?

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System -> Enable Plugin/Hook System -> No

Disable your plugins. After you disable them, does this still happen? When did this start and had you done anything prior that may have caused this?

I can not go into the menu because I get that error is!

It may be that when I lifted the chatbox raised from the DB because I did not enter the "forum" and then I had to go into the database .. but I do not think that just because the first was then the error ..

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

what did you do to get the error?
have you tried to upgrade the forum or something like that?
what happens when you do what Lynne suggested by disabling the plugins?

To cause all this has been the chatbox evo, I do not remember the name of the plugin, however I did what I told the admin but nothing is as it is! At that time, the left (the main menu for admin cp) remains with this error.

When you uninstalled the modification, did you remove all the files that you had to upload for it? How did you go about uninstalling it?

Yes, I'm remove all files
Disinstalled form vBulletin -> Products -> Disinstall or remove file from FTP

Were there any bitfield files that you forgot to remove?
