Not sure why, but all of a sudden I lost all in my admin cp. I re-uploaded the admincp file, overriding all, I cleared all cache and cookies in my browser, and still this is what I see in the Admin CP:
I'm experiencing the exact problem, and already upload all vbulletin files/directories, what happen???

You are not having the exact problem. You have simply lost your css most likely because you either don't have the directory permissions set correctly and so the files can't be saved in there, or you wrote over the directory when you did an upgrade or reinstall.
