How do I adjust the padding between the ordered/unordered list?

I have a list in the notice that displays for unregistered guests and I don't like the padding that shows between the items in the list. Is there someone that can tell me what I need to change to correct this?

Remove your <ul> and <li> and set it inside <table> now you will be able to move the table around. Your lines of text will be closer together.

If you still want to utilize the black circle that accompany's the class <li> the simply upload an image and call to it within your table.
