the homepage cannnot loaded normally ..

If i use proxy, then it's ok.

Example, if i use hidemyass.com to logon my site, then there is no problem

there is some kind of scripts burnvirusnow34.xorg.pl

It seems like your site is badly infected. Check the files and clean up the infected ones. Also let your host know about this so they can check things out on their end as well.
